Ah, RR here with the scourge of the sea! The nastiest of all nasty things, a pair of Razor Lips, a.k.a. bluefish. While not being my favorite thing to catch, they do entertain when they get to be of this size, just watch your fingers and don't throw good plugs and flies at them...you won't recognize them once you wrestle them from these nasty critters maws! RR, for what it's worth, nice 'lips! :)
Next to striper fishing in the NE, Darryl here is doing my second favorite type of fishing...Canadian fishing! Ontario to be exact for me, I'm guessing the same here. He's holding a pair of small mouths. I like to fish up there for the big walleyes...in the dark, cold nights...sound familiar? I guess once you're a night stalker it's a hard habit to shake! Nice smallies RR!! |
![]() Here's Reel Ranger, a.k.a, Darryl with some very nice pictures! The upper left photo is one his favorites he tells me. It's a 27" guest of honor, but it's the memories and the colors of the photo that make it top his list! Above is a 31" bass, looks like Island Beach State Park to me, nice picture, nice fish...it took a popper.
Here's Reel Ranger with his first 2 keepers on plugs, just last year. The bigger one was 36" and almost 17# and took a yellow bottle plug last November...a nice fish for sure! Nothing like outsmarting them fellas with plastic, wood, and/or feathers...it feels like a victory! Keep 'em coming RR! |
